I had purchased godrej split AC from kings electronics nerul branch on 27 april 2015. They are least interested in providing after sales service (free service in warranty). I have been following up with them since last one week but in vain. First they never answer your calls after knowing that you need a free in-warranty service. I purchased a 40 inch videocon tv and while their newspaper advertisements mention that they will provide a free set top box, I was surprised to find that they are only providing a voucher and that I have to pay Rs 1400 for the installation !!! I would urge people not to purchase products from companies like King Electronics who blatantly cheat people with misleading advertisements !...

I am sorry to say that you are one of the most NONCUSTOMER FRIENDLY company with a Pathetic service in Mumbai. Already 7 days since i bought a Cook top and Chimney, still boxed and awaiting your executive to fix it for me. Helpless and regretting the mistake of buying GLEN.
