Kiran Motors Limited — Purchase amount dispute

today i visit again at Kiran Motors Limited show room at Himmatnagar and i was demand my old car R.C. book. for book new car in other brand so they required to check my old car can transfer on buyer who perches my old car from Maruti True Value Himmatnager . because if i need N.C.B on my new purchase car and transfer exchange bonus in my account. if dealer not give me transfer certificate i have to suffer lots of loss so i meet sales Manager Arifa Shekh Medea but hear behavior with me very harsh and she will shout on me .and i fill that if i stay some more time in your dealer point she will bite me. she was very aggressive and she don't know how to take problem solve. i have very disappoint with this tip of behavior and she is really harsh your brand name and loss customer who has a trust on Maruti Suzuiki Inda. kindly help me to get my R.C. book with Transfer entry so i can purchase new car. i have so many family problame i lost my brother on 18/3/2016 after 2 month medical treatment in sims hospital and till today my mother and father also suffer medical problem so car is my first requirement to handle problem and solve medical problem if you need i will sand deat certificate of my late brother and my mother and father medical history. This condition i can enplane sales manager but i fill she is not interested to solve my Problem. Again i requested to you pleas solve my problem as possible as early as possible and take necessary action against dealer staff how to behavior with customer specially Miss Arifa Shekh.
