Dear sir,

Requesting please help and co-operate my lost 3 kvp bond & suggest for maturity procedure.

S per concern, i had issued 03 no kvp from beleghata ho, kolkata.

3.96cc321218 each policy of rs. 10000/-

In the mean time i had lost my kvp and other document ; after discussed with nearest po advice to call log police intimation.

Than i had apply post office to transfer / duplicate issue the kvp in deoghar, jharkhand post office after that i will withdrawal the same.

I am working private job and transferable job also much time i and my father (Old age 67 year) had visit deoghar post office and 2 time kolkata also. But no one can response us.

Requesting to you please process for withdrawal kvp as earliest.

Now i am transfer at begusarai, bihar in private job ; if any chance to collect begusarai post office it will easy for me..

Requesting again please look for that.
