The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Please check the number. If this number is fraud how he get the customer details such as previous loan history. We complaint many times.. but they don't telling anything about this...

Kissht — Loan overdue - harassment calls

I have a loan overdue and I am ready to make the payment but not in one shot, asking them to provide emi option like three installments but they are not allowing it and asking me to make one payment or else they will come to home and threatening me like they know how to get money like that....

After that a call from kissht I'd. He said that he is the collection team leader named pankaj yogi and his number is [protected]. Again I called customer care for clearing doubt...
