Unethical penalty charges

Hi

My Loan ID : LOS[protected]QMFV

I HAVE TAKEN LOAN OF 5000 Rs All charges including all fees It was reflecting 6500 rs but now because of my salary issue its Got delay of 5 days but now total charges is showing 7000 rs which is not possible for me to pay request You to Pls remove panalty so that I can clear principle amount of 6500.

Clearly they are harressing stating if not paid loan then they will edit personal picture vulgar way and send to all contact list of our mobile & social media. Since they have all access of mobile phone. Please give me there correctly office ho address and name of person staff i say I will same then ?

    Hi Team,

    Request for settlement(Loan ID: LOS[protected]BF9L)

    Currently I don't have amount to pay total outstanding amount

    1 time I have availed loan nad paid on times, you can check my history.

    But this time I am not able to pay emi due to financial crises

    I lost my job and not getting job for last 6 months we borrow money from friends and relatives for surviving, so i want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

    I can able to pay only 20-25% of my total outstanding amount. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 10 business days. More than 20-25% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

    I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

          Credit limit was approved for Rs. 15854/- and i got credited with Rs. 13887/- on Jan 08 2022 after the deductions of 8% processing fees Rs. 1268.32, Health package fee(Which is useless and will be deducted on each loan) Rs. 399/- and GST Rs.300.12 at 18%. and the due date was mentioned as Jan 23 2022 which is 15 days. As per Kissht T & C, they are approved only for monthly loan but they are providing loan for 15 days and updating in CIBIL report as Monthly loan. When I questioned about this to kissht customer service they are not properly replying on my query.

                  My name is Surajit Ghosh, I took loan from Kissht company many times. But last two months ago i took a quick loan amount arround of 13000, but after 14 days they started calling and sending sms to clear the amount, and repayment amount is near about 18000. For 15 days they charged 5000 rupees of interest. After that I failed to repay that large amount on time. Now they are sending local gundas at my home and threatened every 1 week. I ask them to decrease some interest charge. But they aren't.

                          Fraud app

                          They are charging intrest for 1 yr or 2 but they give only 15 days to pay they are fooling coustomer and i paid all my emis but in my credit report it's showing 0% repaid and making my credit report worse......
