Seriously a blunder. Do not even think of applying for your home LOAN from shubham finance they will ruin your happiness and peace. I applied for my LOAN from the Burari branch and my application number is APPL05173525 and it took 3 months to settle a LOAN amount of 8 lacs. My case was aligned to a sales manager Named Naeem Khan... The biggest ### I have ever seen in my life. Since from the 1st day he keeps hiding things from me and the day I went to the branch and there I got to know about the rate of interest which wad 16%. Are you guys serious ...there are thousands of banks offering 6-8 % and on what grounds you are charging 16%. When I raised this query Naeem started threatening me by saying I will blacklist your profile. Is this something I have applied for a LOAN from you guys. Further, the day comes for the registration of property. The bank guy who came started asking for bribes by saying "apni marzi se jo theek lage dedo waise to main 2000 charge krta hoon". What a ###...I called the branch no one answered and not even bothered to help and solve the query. I called naeem he said mujhe kuch nahi pata... Then i called branch manager Ashwani Pandey he said sir aap deepak se baat kar lo but usey Naeem ka naam mat lena unki aapas main banti nahi. Who will make these ###S understand that as a CUSTOMER why will I take this all ### from you. Anyway, I called deepak, that genius said sir mujhe aapke cheque ke baare main kuch nahi pata. Aap ka subha branch aake lelo. He called me at 10.30 am on 30th November. I reached there adn called him.. He said Main abhi ghar se nikla hoon aap 1 ghanta wait kr lo. So in the mean time i went to the branch and found Naeem sitting there... When i asked him about cheque... He said wo to Courier se aayega pata nahi kab tak aayega. Eve that's what was expected from that ### and useless fellow. I called CUSTOMER care... The executive said sir we aap branch jaake data kro. Seriously, it's a height of negligence and making people fool. Don't know how they will survive in this market where other is always on their toes for CUSTOMER service. They are just sucking. Pls beware... Find someone else for your home LOAN...they will make your life hell.
