My name is Sumit Mehra. I have taken a loan from Shubham Finance, with the loan account number 0BRI[protected], and my file was disbursed on 16 January 25. I have not yet received its loan insurance policy. For which I have said many times to the company employee, but despite my repeated requests, there has been no response regarding my loan insurance policy yet please provide my loan insurance policy for mention Loan A/C No. 0BRI[protected]

    I applied for a loan in Shubham Housing Finance, they approved the loan of Rs.1000000 and they made my demand draft, somehow my flat was not ready. Due to which my registration was stopped but they were deducting regular EMI from my account after 2 months my flat was ready or my builder's or my papers got cleared or he said that now all his papers are cleared but after that he started humiliating me or I started talking again and again, they have not given me the date of registration and I am still confused or the demand draft given by me has expired .They are still deducting the EMI from my account or despite my request they are still saying that you have to pay the EMI otherwise we will cancel your loan and no response from them.Their executive Deepak[protected] who gave me my file and changed my phone to another band or their senior Rohit Singh[protected] are also not giving me any response but they are telling me that we will work on our own. Or pay whatever EMI you have, get the loan cancelled and all your login fees and premiums paid will not be refunded.I am sending you the demand draft for proof by attaching it please help me🙏🙏

      Sir, it is requested that I had submitted an application regarding loan in Shubham Housing. Whose login fee I have deposited. I submitted my application on March 22, 2023, when I talked on the phone with the representative of the bank, I was always assured that your loan would be done very soon. My loan number is 2023-March+ LN548571. When I went to the branch on 15th May and asked the branch manager for information, he said that none of your applications have been submitted here.
      I have come for you s.m.s from Shubham Finance. And sending the photo of the answer given by the manager. Kindly take appropriate action at the earliest. Thank you.

Since from the 1st day he keeps hiding things from me and the day I went to the branch and there I got to know about the rate of interest which wad 16%. Are you guys serious ...there are thousands of banks offering 6-8 % and on what grounds you are charging 16%. When I raised this query Naeem started threatening me by saying I will blacklist your profile. Is this something I have applied for a LOAN from you guys. Further, the day comes for the registration of property. The bank guy who came started asking for bribes by saying "apni marzi se jo theek lage dedo waise to main 2000 charge krta hoon". What a ###...I called the branch no one answered and not even bothered to help and solve the query. I called naeem he said mujhe kuch nahi pata... Then i called branch manager Ashwani Pandey he said sir aap deepak se baat kar lo but usey Naeem ka naam mat lena unki aapas main banti nahi. Who will make these ###S understand that as a CUSTOMER why will I take this all ### from you. Anyway, I called deepak, that genius said sir mujhe aapke cheque ke baare main kuch nahi pata. Aap ka subha branch aake lelo. He called me at 10.30 am on 30th November. I reached there adn called him.. He said Main abhi ghar se nikla hoon aap 1 ghanta wait kr lo. So in the mean time i went to the branch and found Naeem sitting there... When i asked him about cheque... He said wo to Courier se aayega pata nahi kab tak aayega. Eve that's what was expected from that ### and useless fellow. I called CUSTOMER care... The executive said sir we aap branch jaake data kro. Seriously, it's a height of negligence and making people fool. Don't know how they will survive in this market where other is always on their toes for CUSTOMER service. They are just sucking. Pls beware... Find someone else for your home LOAN...they will make your life hell.

                            I've recently placed a conversion request for which I did payment of Rs. 2950. This payment was initially failed and I got the message as a refund will be received within 5-7 working days. Since today it's the 7th working day and I've still not received it, called to chase on the same and found that no refund has been processed yet. The lady also confirmed that the payment was received twice. But she was unable to do anything in spite of only giving information, and asked me to send an email. Please get this refund processed as soon as possible.

                              I, Waseem Ahmad, having a home from Shubham Hosing Development Finance Company. At the duration of Covid-19, as per RBI guide Lines, I applied for Moratorium fot the month of April and May'20 &the company accepted the same. In the month of May'20(mid May) the bank person forced me to deposit the emi for April &May'20 today. After that I said, "I applied for moratorium for the month of April & May, but he keep shouting and abused badly and keep threatening to lock my home with company lock.
                              I present my complaint in the hope of justice in this regards.
