Dear consumer complaints forum,
my consumer loan open by flipkart as cardless credit in Kissht and now i am continuing requesting for close these account from one month but still my loan not closed, Kindly help me in these..

Kissht customer care also not supportive they are rounding the matter. cibil report snap attached.

    This side Kajal
    I took loan from Kissht but It take 7-8 days more to repay the amount because I have some issue so I am not able to pay the amount but one of the executive misbehave with me alot.
    I didn't said that I do not pay the money but he said me very bad words.
    Kindly take some legal action for that employee of your company.

      Mera 9th emi paid hua,
      April me payment nahi hua, last 2emi balance that, emi amount Rs.799/-+Rs.799/- & Bounce charges Rs.1507/-+Rs.349/-=Rs.1856/- payment ecs done Rs.240/-+750+863+835=2688/-
      Abhi kuch bhi payment nahi kr sakta Maine email bhi dala hai 2 month pahle, ki mera mob jan-2020 Se kharab hua hai Lenin fir bhi Maine payment kiya, Jabhi 240 Rupees kata tabhi gas ka subsidy aaya tha to meri ladki 1.5year ki hai WO time milk k liye paisa rakha tha WO bhi kat liye, aur abhi muze job pe Jane k liye travelling ka paisa tha WO bhi kat liye abhi mai ghar pe baitha hu

        I'm complaining about the harassment of the app

        As I'm a good customer of kissht loan app, I regularly take the money from the app and always repay before the deadline. But as you know this COVID-19 pandemic has spoiled everything. In March I took a loan of 4k from the app. And I was sure to pay it on the time. But the pandemic has despoiled my job and everything and I'm broke at that time.         By mistake I have made my payment three times.two times from Google pay and one time from neft.now please refund my excess amout 8252(Google pay amount) rs asap.
        Your Customer cares services is so poor no one is replying me.i need my money back asap otherwise I will submit my query in consumer helping portal.they will surely review my query.

              I got call from krissht telling contact that person who misused your pan card, public please tell me why i should contact unknown person for krissht mistake.
              When account registered in different name and mail id, contact number how can only pan card will be in different name how u people accpected that i can file case no issues because morning which guy called he told to file case against company if you want me to do that am ready or give me resolution today itself or i can't wait let me put in social media pages also.

                I had taken loan from kissht they had doubled my loan amount. They are not providing loan statement and also there is no option to see my statement anywhere else. They provide me 24 months tenure to repay the loan amount but now they are telling that they will take legal action against me. I hope you will help me to get my loan statement and solve my problem in pandemic situation which makes us to loss all our earnings. we are now in the homeless and not having enough money for food and shelter also

                  Worst money lending app i have ever used i bought 1 mobile phone as my first emi was due on sunday i thought the amount will not get debited so i paid directly to their account on the same day even though they charged me 300rs for bounce charges i paid my each and every emi on time but on that 300rs they started putting charges that is currently 4k rs in 3 months in lockdown i tried reaching them but none have given the response. And now their executives are calling and asking for bounce charges.

                      I have taken a loan from installment finance about 16 times, yet the company has not given a loan for more than 5000, these people give a loan for 15 days and the process fee of the loan amount is more than 20 percent, about rs 400 paid in 15 days. I have to do it means rs. 1700 of 5000 is charged. I did not pay for the first time. I am constantly getting calls from the collection department but the customer care is not making calls.in this way the reserve bank of india has authorized to rob the public. Are you constantly threatening if you do not give loan money, will you take legal action, will only the public be looted and should action be taken against such companies or no law is made, no law has been made in public interest, so i urge companies to do their own arbitrary action should be taken against

                          The amout i took as loan from the app is only 4000 and when ur customers service executive called me i told that i would wish to apply moratorium. But yesterday when i look to pay the loan the amount has ballooned to 8230. Kindly waive the unwanted penalty charges during the moratorium period kindly do the needful in this pathetic situation

                            I have taken a loan from your company. I failed to repay loan emi on due date. Randomely taken call from your company and said my salary got delayed due to salary not credited to my account. But your collection department not bothered they call my colleagues, brother, Office supervisor.
                            I paid the total amount immediately in pandemic situation. I request you to see the matter. Otherwise I will forward to another vertical channel if suitable step not abide by.

                                Dear Team,
                                Kindly take some action on kissht because i have taken the loan from kissht i have taken loan on march the same month i lost the job due to corona before that i use to pay my dues on time. But the loan which i have taken in the month of march i couldn't make it on time because as iam an jobless so. But they wer calling me and harassing for loan but now yesterday i paid whatever amount i have taken with interest Rs. 6427 now charged me 12000 as late payment fee now need to again pay 6000 rupees which is a Crime i cant afford single penny more than this according to my financial situation. Kindly help me please with closing this loan
