Dear sir

I have taken loan from kissht loan id 1246475. I didn't bounce any emi. My emi date is every month of 5th date.
I was received message from kissht on dated 3.4.20 about pay emi 450/-so paid emi in advance through their kissht apps. I made paymet successfully on dated 3.4.20
I paid my emi before due date. But they charging emi 450/ and bouncing charges 225/-with penal charges...

Ok sir apka koi reply nahi aaya. Muje apki company se koi problem nahi hai muje bs [protected] (Truecaller name satish love) is number se bahot problem hai is ladki ne mere relative ko call krke bahot galiya di. Muje is ladki ka address de do me sidha is pr fir drj karvana chahta hu.

Kissht employee and there member calling me and they said do your payment now in this lock down situation. I have no choice to do a suicide. I m very tired... They call me and gave time to do payments after 1 Hr. I have no choice to do complent again this company....

Company not follow rbi guide line
Just harrasing customer for emi
When RBI given benefit from 1 st March
To 31 may emi moratorium
They just neglected their instructions
Now we take action by complaining in RBI
And also in police station if Nessasry...

Sir i have requested you by email on 5th of april that i will be unable to repay the amount that i have taken due to lock down as i have no money in hand and i have given assurance that will pay you back as my work starts after lock down period.
But instead of helping in this drastic situation your customers care guys are harassing me everyday i m requesting them everyday but they are not ready to listen.
They are talking so...

Why your guys are not providing the moratorium as per RBI statment.

I am sending you a lot of emails to you but no response.

Before for the previous the loan repayment, your people called 100 times per day.

Now whats happening?

Is this the professional way to handling your customers?

Tell your recovery agent to do not abuse while recovery payment
If they abuse then I can also take legal action on you

Lekin woh log bol raha hai ki 913 joh hai woh loan extend karne k liye interest liya hai...

Sir we dont have any work for a month and we still struggle for our food and needfull things.. And rbi gives three month moratorium but u still gives penalty charge for non repayment and i also contact u through mail, phone calls, whatsapp still no rply for me or no one is calling me.. But every morning there is reminder msg for my loan but we dont have any source to pay so plszzz kindly reminds us in this kind of suituation and i am not...

According to rbi guidelines of emi moratorium for 3 month it will help me alot. So kindly humble request you that please postpone my repayment and hold late fee charges.

Hi sir
I am Asfan Siddiqui citizen of India. I had taken a small loan amount from kissht app but i had to repay on 30th march but suddenly due to covid-19 quarantine was occur India and salaries gone on hold. I told them i will pay interest as well and will pay my loan amount through my salary still they are calling my relatives. Using such abusive language on calls told if you don't pay right now we will call your relatives again...

I have taken small loan form kissht

Now I don't have money to pay as per rbi guidelines
They have to give me 3 month time but no there are not give time calling many time in a day...
