Sir we dont have any work for a month and we still struggle for our food and needfull things.. And rbi gives three month moratorium but u still gives penalty charge for non repayment and i also contact u through mail, phone calls, whatsapp still no rply for me or no one is calling me.. But every morning there is reminder msg for my loan but we dont have any source to pay so plszzz kindly reminds us in this kind of suituation and i am not...

Dear sir/madam,
Due to lockdown my finance situation is not good i am suffering a lot of problems like rent, rashan, bills.
According to rbi guidelines of emi moratorium for 3 month it will help me alot. So kindly humble request you that please postpone my repayment and hold late fee charges.

Hi sir
I am Asfan Siddiqui citizen of India. I had taken a small loan amount from kissht app but i had to repay on 30th march but suddenly due to covid-19 quarantine was occur India and salaries gone on hold. I told them i will pay interest as well and will pay my loan amount through my salary still they are calling my relatives. Using such abusive language on calls told if you don't pay right now we will call your relatives again...

Now I don't have money to pay as per rbi guidelines
They have to give me 3 month time but no there are not give time calling many time in a day...

Hi team,

This is to inform you that i sushmita kundu have taken a loan of 4500 from kissht but make a repayment to them of 1150 after receiving an email from them saying that if i pay this amount to them then the repayment time will increase but after paying the amount they are still calling me and my family members and friend and disturbing them to make the payment again of the full amount in this lockdown time government...

They are not listening even and they are threatening my crediti score woll go down. I’m a customer of kissht finance i purchased a phone in december and i have paid loan uptill march but as you know about the situation of lockdown. Kissht loan company se maine 7400 ka loan liya tha jisme muze credit amount 7400 ka dikhaya pr account me 6439 rs credit huye, aur tenure bhi dekho 24 months bataya..., abhi lockdown ki vajah se m pay nahi kar pa rha hu. And gov. Or rbi ne bhi 3 months sab extend karne ko bola h uske bavjood bhi ye company vale, msg, mail karke bol rhe hai ki mere against legal action lenge...
Sir batao mai kya karu... App pr inka penalty chrg badhte...

Sir i have taken a small loan of 6000+ on kissht revolving credit line and i have been always repaying on time but now due to covid19 crisis and lockdown my business is not operating and due to that i am unable to pay for the time being. Sir rbi has also advised moratorium on credit card dues which is also revolving credit. But kissht says it is revolving credit and not term loan so they cannot defer the emis.
