    My name is paul jayaseelan and my mobile number is [protected]. I send request mail to emi waivers of 3months due to covit19 effect on 06th april but they are not accepted.in this covit19 critical situation i arranged money for interest and pay full due. Your staff told i cancel your penalty, but they are not honest. I saw in app the interest was 4times increased. You the covit19 effect very well so in this situation please cancel my penalty fully and postponed my may month due to june. Thanking you

      I took a loan from kissth finance. Due to Corona lockdown I couldn't return on time. Kissth people are harassing me by calling daily. Though I assured them of repayment with applicable intrest on lifting of lockdown. So i request kissth through this platform to consider it in the toughest times and serve the customer's.

        Due to nation wide lockdown going on wherein rbi has issued moratorium to all financial bodies to defer all emi till may 31, 2020 kissht is not adhering to the monatarium. I have tried to reach customer care of kissht since 1st april, 2020
        My loan case closed 3 month ago
        Already your all emi debited
        Why your system present nach anytime

        Your immediate action in this matter is highly appreciable. Will also be launching the same complaint with rbi.

            Kissht — fraud

            Dear sir

            I have taken loan from kissht loan id 1246475. I didn't bounce any emi. My emi date is every month of 5th date.
            I was received message from kissht on dated 3.4.20 about pay emi 450/-so paid emi in advance through their kissht apps. I made paymet successfully on dated 3.4.20
            I paid my emi before due date. But they charging emi 450/ and bouncing charges 225/-with penal charges 350/-they and charge me every day rs.350/- but i paid my emi before due date so how can they charge me. I tried phone call from last 14 days but no one answering and write email also but no one replying.

            I received every day phone calls for emi. She is not listening any word.
            Please give foreclosures amount i will clear whole loan. I don't want to any headache for this.
            I have attached screenshot of payment.
            Please help for this.

                Agr ye ladki in case se bachna chahti hai to ise kaho mere relative ko call krke sorry bole.

                kya hua reply to kro .. galiya bhi sunu or 3400 ke 2000 rs interest bhi du. muje us number ki detail bhejo. agr nahi bheji to me use bhulne wala nahi hu kahi se bhi dhund lunga . mumbai me rehti hai na vo. bhale muje 1 -2 saal lge pr me bdla jarur lunga.

                  Kissht employee and there member calling me and they said do your payment now in this lock down situation. I have no choice to do a suicide. I m very tired... They call me and gave time to do payments after 1 Hr. I have no choice to do complent again this company.

                  They call me again and again and I said to ma'am and sir please give me a time after knockdown after 10 daya I will pay loan amount. But they are not try to understand my situation. If they do more call I have no choice to do a suicide. Then they understand my problem

                      Sir i have requested you by email on 5th of april that i will be unable to repay the amount that i have taken due to lock down as i have no money in hand and i have given assurance that will pay you back as my work starts after lock down period.
                      But instead of helping in this drastic situation your customers care guys are harassing me everyday i m requesting them everyday but they are not ready to listen.
                      They are talking so rudely that you pay right now or else we will put you in black list we will call all your relatives and tell them that your not paying your loan amount.
                      This is not the right way sir at this time you should help us by giving us time i hope you take action on this.

                                        Hi sir
                                        I am Asfan Siddiqui citizen of India. I had taken a small loan amount from kissht app but i had to repay on 30th march but suddenly due to covid-19 quarantine was occur India and salaries gone on hold. I told them i will pay interest as well and will pay my loan amount through my salary still they are calling my relatives. Using such abusive language on calls told if you don't pay right now we will call your relatives again and again. I already informed many times and it gonna worst. Please as per RBI guidelines if there is any facility of moratorium i wanna opt that. I just can't understand whether such type of companies work with govt rules and follow them or they are just to make money by doesn't care any guidelines..
