      Hi team,

      This is to inform you that i sushmita kundu have taken a loan of 4500 from kissht but make a repayment to them of 1150 after receiving an email from them saying that if i pay this amount to them then the repayment time will increase but after paying the amount they are still calling me and my family members and friend and disturbing them to make the payment again of the full amount in this lockdown time government already say that not any bank nbfc or any small loan house can force the customer to make payment still we have made the repayment as a single mother how i can go out and work and collect money to pay them now, please help me.

        My name is jeevan, i too some amount from these applications, becoz of lockdown no business and no work to earn money from march and this monthbalso. They are not listening even and they are threatening my crediti score woll go down. Pay ryt away or pay 25% and snooze the balance amount for 21 days, its very hard to survive now and my account is zero. They are not listening anything and they are asking me to stop telling reasons like rbi monument, lockdown and corona situations. I tweeted this to financial mlnister and honorable cheif minister of ap also but till now i didn't get any reply from them. Please help us from this

          I am arshankhan i live in jamia nagar new delhi, my mobile no is ([protected]) i just want to complaint about this company 1 of its executive called from this no ([protected]) and she was talking to me very badly, in a very bad manner she said we dont know about the lockdown, she was forcing & harassing me to pay their money today at anyhow go out side, we dont want your excuses or your reason, i live in this restricted jamia nagar area which is totally prohibited to go out from home in lockdown. But she was not trying to listen the problem. She was forcing me to break the law.. I want u to please consider and solve this problem as soon as possible.

            I have active account with you and i am regular user of your services also happy with your services but suddenly after repaying my last loan on time app is not showing to take loan option, i tried to contact through conversation and emails but there is no response by your side, kindly revert me what is the problem with app or my account, is it cause of lockdown or something else?               I’m a customer of kissht finance i purchased a phone in december and i have paid loan uptill march but as you know about the situation of lockdown. I’m self employed and i don’t have my business running due to lockdown the reason i won’t be able to pay the emi uptill lockdown i wanna know why is rbi moratorium not applicable for our loan i’ve been receiving calls about the loan wherein i have already informed that i cannot repay my loan as this lockdown is extended uptill april 30th. So i wanna know if i can make payment after the lockdown?

                    My name is yamin lamba i've took a loan from this company and due to lockdown and pandemic crisis i wont be able to pay emi and this people calling me and my family memebers in this kind of crisis which the whole country is facing they dont have any sense of business etchics i want to lodge a complain for harrasment and i already told that representative that i have not recieve my salary and i lost my job what he said what we can do in that is that any joke going on here whole world is facing this crisis and all they care about their money not the customer situation and rbi already declared moratorium for the next three months so kindly take strict action against this company and i am ready to go to the court if required if they call or harass me anymore

                      I was paid my first loan repayment... Pls chek/find status. (Loan amt & 1 day over due)...! My loan repayment status successful, but second loan approval not seen in kissht dashboard... What problem..

                      I reqvest to repeated, i have very need loan (Medical emergency).. Pls give me approval...

                        Kissht loan company se maine 7400 ka loan liya tha jisme muze credit amount 7400 ka dikhaya pr account me 6439 rs credit huye, aur tenure bhi dekho 24 months bataya..., abhi lockdown ki vajah se m pay nahi kar pa rha hu. And gov. Or rbi ne bhi 3 months sab extend karne ko bola h uske bavjood bhi ye company vale, msg, mail karke bol rhe hai ki mere against legal action lenge...
                        Sir batao mai kya karu... App pr inka penalty chrg badhte hi ja rha, wo bhi lockdown period me.. Aur bhi major problem hai sir iss application me.. Wo statement se pata karke next complent me photos k sath deta hoon.., aur jo photos maine upload kiye hai wo kissht company k hai, jisme kucch details hide hai, jo ki mere bank statement se match nahi hoti

                          Sir i have taken a small loan of 6000+ on kissht revolving credit line and i have been always repaying on time but now due to covid19 crisis and lockdown my business is not operating and due to that i am unable to pay for the time being. Sir rbi has also advised moratorium on credit card dues which is also revolving credit. But kissht says it is revolving credit and not term loan so they cannot defer the emis. They are not ready to provide relief but asking for money and threatening for legal action everyday. Please i request for a moratorium as provided by other financial institutions also. Show some humanity in this time of crisis and give relief to your customers who have been repaying regularly in the past

                              Sub - deferment of loan emis for loan a/c no -[protected], mob-[protected]

                              Dear sir/madam,
                              We are enjoying credit facility with your kids, si creva capital pvt ltd loan a/c no-[protected]
                              Baja card mob no-[protected]
                              However, due to nationwide lockdown and spread of covid – 19 it has become difficult to continue regular and routine business activities.
                              Therefore, we request you to grant us three months moratorium period in our loan tenure starting from the emi due in april and also for the months of may and june. We will start paying the emis from july onwards as usual and undertake to pay the 3 months monotarium emis through an extended tenure by three more months. It may be that the rbi has already announced the deferment option in all such cases.
                              We would be highly obliged if you consider the same as per the recent government / rbi announcements.
                              We request you to please acknowledge and confirm the above.
                              Kindly note, we assure regular loan repayments as we have been doing in the past and appreciate your support extended to us for fighting the crisis that covid19 pandemic has created.

                                My name is jayaprakash s a citizen of india, i have taken a small loan from the instant personal loan app kissht. And the due is on 05/4/2020. As u know we are passing through the worst situation due to the corona virus. Rbi its self passed moratorium in emi. But this financial service not giving us time to repay. At this condition we doesnt have any sourse of money to repay. Kindly. Pls take an action against it and help.

                                  Kissht se humne consumer loan liya tha 12 months ka 9 months ki humne regular payment ki jisme 3 months ki balance reh gaya hai is april se woh bhi lockdown ki vajh se stop ho gayi is kissht company me humne kitne call kare kitne mail kare aur watsapp kare na tou inka koi call aata hai na koi moratorium ke regarding koi msg inhone 5th ko emi laga di uske bad befaltu penalty lagate ja rahe hai pehle 349 laga diye ab 200 aur laga diye.. Man marji ke rbi ke instructions ye log follow nahi kar rahe hai... Sara desh band hai kaha se pay karega koi chalu rahta kisi ko koi problem nhi aati but jab all work stopped hai sabko pta hai in ko samjh nhi aati koi cheez... At least company ko custmer ko msg karke puchna chaiy ke aap pay karskte ho yes or no me jess aur financial companies walo ne kiya... Kissht ne sidha logo ke ac me emi laga di bina conferm kare... Koi lihaaz nahi... Support karna chaiy apko toh is time sabko... Be responsible... So please solve this matter carefully
