Hello,
I'm not able to avail cashless credit in flipkart, when contacted them the reply was that it's due to some error from your part as you are the financial partner that is providing the credit facility. Please rectify the problems and make the cashless credit option available again at the earliest. If you inquire you can find that my repayment was perfect and no delay was made ever.

    We have given you the option for the refund but you had not selected any refund mode so we had initiated your refund on 05/08/2019 via original mode i.e. through which you had paid to us.

    Kindly note due to continues 3 bank holiday which is Saturday, Sunday and Eid it is taking time.

    Be rest assured within 5-7 working days your refund will get credit in your account.

    Please note that the working days do not include Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays.

      i have not received my refund amount back to my account but in app its showing it is refunded

      I have not received my refund amount what i have paid for downpayment after paying amount they said you are not eligible for loan so i asked for refund they said they will transfer my amount back to my account but now they are showing that they have refunded the amount but i have not received any amount from them how should i get my amount back. So iam requesting you to resolve my problem and make them to transfer my money to my account immediately...

Phir jo downpayment kiya gaya vo aap refund bhi nhi karte ho aap fraud ho. Ham bhi kam karke paise kamate hai aur jarurat ki chiz lene k liye jyada paise ek time mein bhar nhi pate isliye asap jaise ki help lete hai aur aap hame hee loot lete ho. In case of loan cancellation, we refund the said payment by the customer in 3 working days to the registered account. Team Kissht

      Your all documents were approved but as you had raised the cancellation request so we had proceeded with your request on 13/08/2019 and also had initiated your refund on priority basis on the same day via NEFT mode.

      As per our company procedure, NEFT refund takes 3 working days to get credit the amount in your account. So be rest assured your amount will get credit to your provided bank account within 3 working days.

        I order a product via this app. I dont know b it declined to approve for that product because of your process is very slow but deducted 2143 rs from my account it talen my aadhar pan and a photo. It said the refund has been done i didnot hot any refund neither they receive calls nor behaving responsive. They said to refund it within 7 days days has been passed and they became unresponsive now. The status they show that they refunded but they didn't. Please contact them to refund my money i shall be highly obliged to you. My registered no [protected]

          I have placed an order dated 2nd Aug 2019. I choose the EMI option. They have deducted 3240.94 amount. I got a Call from Kissht that I'm not following with criteria so They will refund my money.
          Today is the 12th of Aug. It almost 10 days passed. I have written complain mail but there is nothing action has taken up to. This site is completely fraud. They are making people fool and after deducting the amount they are not placing an order.
          I want my money back otherwise I'll go to the consumer court.

And i submitted all my documents for the verification but i was rejected and now after 4 days i still not get my refund and the customer service is not replying, so worst service of kissht.                       Its been two day i have been submitted all the documents including the bank statement 3 times, now they rejected the bank statement apart from bank statement every thing is done, so i resend you my bank statement from the 2nd april to 22nd jul, i call on customer service so many time but most of the time while waiting for the representative call disconnect automatically. If you cannot process the load for my order you can simply refund the amount of down payment which i paid to you. Otherwise i have to take an action.

                        I was purchased a phone via kissht application. And i pay down payment amount 3925/- rupees. Via debit card to kissht on 05/07/2019. Here i attached the screenshot for your reference. But after that kissht say you are not eligible for this. And your amount will refund within a week. But today is 16/07/2019. Means almost 2 week gone.
                        Here i request, kindly refund my amount as early as possible.

                            I did a payment of 4300 down payment and processing fees for some issue my documents not complete for this loan so i did the cancel order but my payment did not refund then i call customer service there is no response !fraud !
                            Please refund my amount as you have taken as downpayment. I applied for loan after deduction it decline

                                Myself swapnil dinkar jadhav my loan id no is 1024707 due to some critical circumstances as i got fradulent activity in my account and stole rs.122000 from my account police station fir copies available with me so i can't pay my emi on time but paid every time but everytime i get threatened by recovery agent girl that she will call my relatives and colleagues and last month she did call my all relatives and torture me and every time i pay emi but right now i am again getting threatened and they continuesly calling my relatives and colleagues and abusing them badly and threatening them and getting me mentally tortured and i can't take this anymore

                                  I had paid downpayment of rs 8118 on 4th june the loan was rejected and the money was supposed to be refunded by them.They told me to wait for 5-7 business days in order to get my refund but it has been more than 10 days the refund has not been made by them.My mobile no is [protected]. The customer care is just making false promise and not issuing refund.

                                  I have filed a dispute to the bank also but no response from them. I am moving legally now as I am stuck between you and the bank. Its not my fault if the money is stuck some where in payment gateway. U took money from me I need from you. I have chosen to move legally. See you soon.
