I tried to order a mobile from flipkart on monthly emi basis they charged processing fee and 1st instalment of rs.2300 and they replied the message you are not eligible. Kindly refund my amount 2300 this transaction processed thru kissht app
They have unnecessarily charged the amount from me and they have not ordered the mobile
Kindly help me in this regard and take my compliant for recovery of my hard earned money

    Simply cheating the customers by way of offerings monthly emi basis please ban the kissht app from google play store. They arre not having customer care number also

      If any offers are available for you it will be shown on the home page of Kissht application so that any customer couldn't miss any offer.

      Due to this reason you are unable to view your virtual EMI card and its details.

      However, you can try to apply for the loan if the system allows you.

      Also, as we can check your recent Fastcash application has been rejected as your age does not meet with our age criteria. The maximum age for Fastcash loan is 50.

      We have arranged a callback from our concern to assist you for the personal loan.

      We suggest you to kindly ask any other income earning family member / close friend to apply for fast cash in their name so that your near ones can get the Fastcash loan if they are eligible for the same.
      Flipkart cardless facility is unavailable when I try to purchase anything

        What a # type of services you are offering to the customer?
        I am always making the payment on the loan account with charges after due date. I never defaulted to make the payment same month itself. I got the call from collections on 07/09/2019 w/o # " akshay bekare" and he abused the way i took personally loan from him or kissht bought me with the money i borrowed. If you ppl dont have the manners to speak to the customer and do respect them dont call us.

        The # person think that he is owner of the company and he said to me "chutiya" dont force the customer to take action against the company because of rascals employees.

        We are writing to you about the complaint raised by you with regard to your Loan ID - 1078756.

        We have listened to the call recordings and it is strictly not acceptable for any caller to use any kind of inappropriate language while speaking to the customer. Even if the customer is using any such language it is the duty of the caller to not resort to any such practices.

        Being said that, we request you to accept our sincere apologies in this matter. The said executive Mr.Akshya Bhekar has been clearly briefed on this whole incident and has been issued a warning letter to this effect.

        Meanwhile, we have also observed that even though you paid your past 3 EMI’s late, you have always honored your promise to pay by 15th - 16th of the month and paid the EMI as well as the respective late fees and bounce charges. We thank you for making these payments.

        While we have received the EMI and said charges from you, we do care about the negative impact that late payment can have on your credit profile. Because, if your Credit Score falls due to frequent late payments, then in the future when you need more loans, you may find it a bit difficult to get the same, as every lending institution relies on the customer’s credit profile before disbursing the loan.

        We will do our best to ensure that you do not face such experience from our collection callers in future and also request you to pay your upcoming EMI’s on 5th of every month so that you can maintain a healthy track record and become eligible for more loans in future.

        We look forward to our continued relationship.
        I have paid 2250 for my downpayment to kissht but It was rejected after I paid. They aren't making refund still. This is a fraud company and should be banned.
        I've applied for Emily to buy air pods. After paying the down payment and processing fee it was asking some more details to submit. I don't have utility bill and cheque. Please kindly return my money. Thankyou

          I've placed a order through kissht. I've paid 10195 rs as down payment & processing fees. But my loan approval process they rejected so i tried to cancel my order. But i cant cancel my order. From kissht mobile app i've tried to cancel my order but it does't cancel. I've triend so many times to contact kissht management and mailed so many times also send message on kissht whatsapp but i didn't get responcenot a single time.

              I had loan#1090386 with kissht. This is my second loan with kissht and i had been their customer since 2018. I had just made them an enquiry from kissht about change of date of emi payment. However, when they told that there are charges, i declined and emailed them that no date change is needed and i will manage to pay on designated date. I still have those emails with me.

              The date change never occurred and they charged rs. 250 to my account and when i inquired what that is about they said it is from the past loan which is already closed. I still have those emails from me. Imagine being told you are charged for a loan which you closed many months back and got noc for the same.

              I simply made an inquiry how much date change request would charge. They levied the charges though i clearly have email stating not to do any date change.

              Their customer support just ignores my calls and emails. For anyone interested in more details, please email me at [protected]@yahoo.com. I have several emails showing fraud and negligence by kissht. Their customer support has the best way to deal with clients, just to ignore them. Promise them call backs and never call back. Fraud company. Don't do any business with them else they will put unexplained charges on your account.

                  Hello,
                  I'm not able to avail cashless credit in flipkart, when contacted them the reply was that it's due to some error from your part as you are the financial partner that is providing the credit facility. Please rectify the problems and make the cashless credit option available again at the earliest. If you inquire you can find that my repayment was perfect and no delay was made ever.

                        I order a product via this app. I dont know b it declined to approve for that product because of your process is very slow but deducted 2143 rs from my account it talen my aadhar pan and a photo. It said the refund has been done i didnot hot any refund neither they receive calls nor behaving responsive. They said to refund it within 7 days days has been passed and they became unresponsive now. The status they show that they refunded but they didn't.                           I have placed an order dated 2nd Aug 2019. I choose the EMI option. They have deducted 3240.94 amount. I got a Call from Kissht that I'm not following with criteria so They will refund my money.
                          Today is the 12th of Aug. It almost 10 days passed. I have written complain mail but there is nothing action has taken up to. This site is completely fraud. They are making people fool and after deducting the amount they are not placing an order.
                          I want my money back otherwise I'll go to the consumer court.

                          Once you will receive the confirmation after that we suggest you to Kindly visit our application wherein you will find the refund option.

                          There are two options for Refund--one is NEFT which takes 3 business days and the other is Original mode of refund--which takes 5-7 business days!!

                          We will refund your amount according to your Preference.

                          If you will not select any refund option within 24 hours then we will process your refund via the original mode of Payment i.e in the same mode of payment which you have paid to us.

                                Sir,
                                I purchased a product via this app it declined to approve for that product but deducted 2301 rs from my account it talen my aadhar pan and a photo. It said the refund has been done i didnot hot any refund neither they receive calls nor behaving responsive. They said to refund it within 7 days days has been passed and they became unresponsive now. The status they show that they refunded but they didn't. Please contact them to refund my money i shall be highly obliged to you.

                                  I applied for loan on 3/08/19 and paid down payment for the product rs.2978. And i submitted all my documents for the verification but i was rejected and now after 4 days i still not get my refund and the customer service is not replying, so worst service of kissht. I want my refund back, otherwise i file a case against kissht for making fraud commitment.

                                    Today I Ordered A Amazon Voucher, of 20000, But, Due To Incomplete Documents & As Iam Self Employed, all my small earnings are in mode of cash, & bank account statement will be almost idle for past years thats why I Had cancelled my order but its not reflecting the refund, As I made down payment through google pay UPI, I want my money as very soon as possible, your app is saying 5 mins approval now its more than no. Of hours no verification, I wanted a amazon money voucher to order necessary products, but totaly, this was very huge time taking, Please Help Me, Regarding this, I want my 2708 ₹ back as very soon as you can, i have to order my products, within 48 hours its an urgency ! Kindly go deep through this!

                                    Sir applied for the lian via this app but it declined to approve my amount but taken an amout of rs 2301 through my sbi debit card and promised to refuld within 5 to 7 days bt all days has been passed they didnt refund neither respond nor listens query
                                    I want refund my money 1895 . because some document problem s my loan not approved. I cancel my orders. But my money not refund

                                      Its been two day i have been submitted all the documents including the bank statement 3 times, now they rejected the bank statement apart from bank statement every thing is done, so i resend you my bank statement from the 2nd april to 22nd jul, i call on customer service so many time but most of the time while waiting for the representative call disconnect automatically. If you cannot process the load for my order you can simply refund the amount of down payment which i paid to you. Otherwise i have to take an action.

                                        I was purchased a phone via kissht application. And i pay down payment amount 3925/- rupees. Via debit card to kissht on 05/07/2019. Here i attached the screenshot for your reference. But after that kissht say you are not eligible for this. And your amount will refund within a week. But today is 16/07/2019. Means almost 2 week gone.
                                        Here i request, kindly refund my amount as early as possible.
