Kissht is the online app.. Assuring people that they are offering emi card to everyone.. But after you download this app they will ask rs199 for card activation.. However after that you will still not be able to purchase any product on emi stating that you are not eligible for any purchase.. When you try to purchase something they will ask you to pay the downpayment amount., they charge you the amount and later they will say that you are not eligible for any purchase.. If they are issuing the emi card to everyone means for certain amount means everyone can purchase something based on the credit limit... But this is not the case... They are looting people by not refunding the amount they have charged.. And they are least bothered to reply customers... Manytimes i have asked to refund the amount but they never reply... They only send the automated text to the customers every time you ask them for refund..

    My transaction id : kiss[protected] and my down payment is cut 5496 rupece but don't refund me please sir go for strictly action about that. They don't receive my call. I am submit all personal information like pan card., adhar card. I need money refund from kissht. Please band like this fraud app. This very danger for people they submitted the money and they don't get the product or money refund.

      I ordered a product and paid the money through kissht website net banking on 4 march 2018. I received an email stating the transaction is successful. But the order is canceled due to no payment. I dont know where is my money, the customer care people do not have any idea about my transaction...in that case why i am receiving messages and emails. Is it a spam site? Will my money ever get refunded?

      The messages I received was from KISSHT so I complained but the problem was with PRESTIGE company. I sent a mail to Prestige to inform the problem and found they were the culprits. But I didn't understand why I received messages from VM-KISSHT when they didn't have any role in the transaction.

        Hi kissht,

        This complaint is regarding my down payment that is yet to be received and none of the customer care executives are receiving calls. Am calling since this morning more than 1 hour waiting in call. Erotherwise please refund my money as soon as possible. People there are irresponsible and not hearing costumer needs.
        Is this genuinely fraud or something seems seriously wrong about this.

            I received a message stating that they approved 50000 line of credit and when i logged in to the app it showed me all the options until i made the down-payment with processing fee of around 2564/- once the amount got deducted from my bank account it immediately said transaction failed and there is no details of any order on the app.. I can't say this as a fraud as this happened only yesterday and let me call the customer service today as the reviews suggested this is the worst cs.. Let me check and if i don't get my refund.. Then i will definitely sue them in consumer court as my husband is an allahabad high court judge himself in consumer court so i don't have to vend money for lawyers also. Please refund my money..

              I received a message stating that they approved 339000 line of credit and when i logged in to the app it showed me all the options until i made the down-payment with processing fee of around 3300... Once the amount got deducted from my bank account it immediately said transaction failed and there is no details of any order on the app.. I can't say this as a fraud as this happened only yesterday and let me call the customer service today as the reviews suggested this is the worst cs.. Let me check and if i don't get my refund.. Then i will definitely sue them in consumer court as my dad is an advocate himself in consumer court so i don't have to vend money for lawyers also. Please refund my money.. Asap

              I made a down payment of 2500 on Jan 2018 but after payment I got message it's declined.i applied for refund they told 5 th its intiated and it will take 10 working days to get credit. Today is 23rd till now no update or no amount.

                Hi, i am amir -[protected] on sunday i. E.. 7th i downloaded the app and selected a tv and made a down payment after clearing all formalities (Details)
                Later after downpayment its say sry loan its not approved. My? Is immediately after payment is cleared why are we getting an msg why can after submitting all our details. We can save our time following up with cheaters some of my friends i have see taking money on interest and done the downpayment and assured to get back the money after 3days. But in my case its 10 days it seems when i tried calling i couldn't get through even once when started charting they informed it will take 10days. I ask who's # money is it why are you guys are holding it for 10days.

                Dear cx pls wake up we are been cheated by these people - just imagine a simple calculation 10000customers average of 3000downpayment and 10days holding the payment with them imagine the interest (Free investment by cheating their customers)

                And after all, this, if we chase them to follow up no response from there end.

                    Hi,
                    android app Kissht deduct money from my account as down payment for product.i was try to call helpline no# ( 1 Kissht Customer Care Helpline Number[protected] but no one can answer the call.
                    They first ask to pay the downpayment & then only ask required documents, In the next process needlessley ask lot of docs and reject our application.
                    Our downpayment with then got sturcked & they didn't assist us.
                    if we call their customer care, they won't pick. Useless organisation & app they earn money through this fuc..ng process...
                    please take a legal action against this, it was a fake app.

                          What a # service i had with kishht. Guys please dont use any services pf kishht. I just taken a mobile from kishht for 65000 mobile phone i am paying 74000 on the whole and also they wont change emi date because there was a change in my salary date i requested them to change my emi date but i m not bothered abt cibil because it vl take only 4 to 5 days delay to pay my emi. While paying my emi they are charging around 1500 extra payment which is not included in emi last month i charged about 600 and this month i charged about 1500 there is no value of money. Hate kishht

                            I had ordered a product yesterday worth 52000 and made a downpayment of around 6000. They say that the loan is approved and was waiting for the confirmation. Suddenly i get a notification saying that the product loan has been declined. No proper customer service number. Pathetic service. If the refund is not processed i am taking this to consumer court and will not hesitate to fill consumer case againist this company.

                              I have paid 2300 as downpayment to kissht app for mi max 2 mobile phone. After i paid the amount one person called me and told me to upload numerous proofs of income and address. I did that and when i went to my orders tab in the app. Everything vanished. No sign of order details. The company is not taking calls. Not responding to mails. Please help me get my money refunded.

                                I have ordered a product from kissht and for which i had done the down payment also and after that my loan approved and sanctioned. But it is been two days now i dint got my product delivered and cant even see the status where exactly my product is. I complained about that but they are telling me that today tomorrow. Am i going to get my product or not? Tell me this. So that i can file a consumer complaint for this and please solve the issue today itself

                                    I have bought a product on emi from Kissht & loan status is showing approved & disbursed. But it has been more than 10 days I haven't received it also there isn't any intimation from their end regarding delivery. There is no customer care no mentioned on app. I had to find it on Google. I have been trying to contact on the no. but in vain. Noboady answers the call, just IVR keeps playing.
                                    I want to know the status of my product. They have already taken down payment and first installment check. I have completed all required formalities from my end. So just tell me am I going to get the product or not & if yes then when. I need courier tracking details.

                                      I have order an ornament from a reputed online gold shopping and applied EMI through Kissht they have processed very fast documentation and after i cancelled the order i am following up with kissht from very long time but nobody are ready to respond the customer care number is always not connecting the horrible thing is they have activated the EMI process through bank. such a disturbing experience through kissht
