[Resolved] Kissht — down payment not refund

I ordered a product on kissht but before it got approved i had to cancel it since i didn't have all the documents for loan approval. It's been a few days already and they have not refunded me my downpayment amount and they are also not replying to my messages. I called them multiple times but they are not even picking up the call!
