[Resolved] Kissht — emi approval rejected and not refunding my money back

I've placed a order through kissht. I've paid 10195 rs as down payment & processing fees. But my loan approval process they rejected so i tried to cancel my order. But i cant cancel my order. From kissht mobile app i've tried to cancel my order but it does't cancel. I've triend so many times to contact kissht management and mailed so many times also send message on kissht whatsapp but i didn't get responcenot a single time.

As per our system record, your application has been denied due to the unavailability of the documents.

We have initiated your refund request via NEFT on 06/09/2019 and within 3 working days, the amount will get credit to your account.

Please note that the working days do not include Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays.
