[Resolved]  Kissht — emi bounces and penalty though i got the amount in my account

Purchasing product and taking service from kissht is such a waste, my loan account no :1015219, i purchased a mob from kissht at[protected] which emi lasted this month, when they send a mob it was having a problem like overheating so i raised the complaint so they took and gave me another one with the same problem this process took me like 20 days so i never tried to complaint one more time, however i made my mind and i am using the mob now after four months i got one bounce later on i paid but this ppl continuously bouncing the emi now when i am raising ticket on that they vl say our team is going to call but no # will call to u, they only called me after 12 months for bounce charges, when i put this all stuff in front of them the executive as speechless i told to put on ur manager she put up opera on my mob after sometime it disconnected, please do take a good action so that no customer should be effected badly in terms of cibil and banking.
Pfa.. They vl self declared ticket is resolved no one call u and one more thing if you want to connect it takes a half day to connect them, they are playing very smart enough. I got the bank statement as well i[censored] want i can send it to ur email. After all my emi cleared now the app is showing around 3000 rupees is balance which i have to paid.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

We sincerely apologized for the inconvenience caused to you. As per our system record, we had not received any complaint regarding your mobile issue. If you had shared with our team we had definitely taken any action for the same.

For your EMI, we had received late payments in a few months which results in bounces in your account. You made the payment later on only for the EMI and haven't made your bounce charges payment. Whenever our team had called on your number for bounce charges, your number was not reachable most of the time.

After we received your concern, our team has called offered you some waiver of amount, but you are not agree for the same and not ready to co-operate.

Kindly note that we can not waive off your all bounce charges as you have made the late payment and had bounce few EMI in past months.

As discussed with you on the call, we suggest you to kindly make the payment of said amount so that we can waive the rest amount and will be able to close your loan.
