I placed an order from kisht and did downpayment of 5145 rs. After the payment my application is stuck in process. Getting no response from support chat email or calls.
Documents uploaded before payment are approved and since i have done the payment documnets are showing in processing its been more 15 days already getting no support or info about the purchase
Please refund or process my aplication.

As per our system update, our executive has called you for documents purpose.
But due to the unavailability of the address proof, your application has been processed for the cancellation.
Your application has been canceled today. we suggest you to Kindly visit our application wherein you will find the refund option.
There are two options for Refund--one is NEFT which takes 3 business days and the other is Original mode of refund--which takes 5-7 business days!!
We will refund your amount according to your Preference.
If you will not select any refund option within 24 hours then we will process your refund via the original mode of Payment i.e in the same mode of payment which you have paid to us.
Please note that the business days do not include Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays.
