We do not tolerate such behavior from the executives and it is strictly not acceptable for any executive to use any kind of inappropriate language while speaking to the customer.

1) Chat/Call Recording with the executive
2) Date And Time of the call (You can share call logs screenshot)
3) Name of the executive if you have with you
