[Resolved] Kissht — I didn't get refund

I got a refund for shopping online for kissht company. They just give the arn number and contact the bank. I have so many time contacted kissht coustomer service. They say the whole thing is to go to the bank. I went out twice in the bank.
There is no option to check this arn number in the bank. And also i sended a mail for bank. As usual they not respond in this case.

Just give the number and contact the bank. The bank can not deal with this problem. What a problem to get a refund directly in the account.. I'll go up to any level until i get it because thease compny is fraud then no one is deceived...

Kissht Customer Care's response Dear Sreerag, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We have sent you the screenshot at your registered email id for the refund which is done from us since that is the proof of refund done. However, we would request you to send the email at Bank's customer care ID stating Chargeback dispute with the ARN Format earlier shared with you. Team Kissht.

I didnt get my refund.when i try to contact them, they send me a message that they started the initialization process.
But still i didnt get my cash back.now, there is no response from them.
