Hello, This is regarding a random call recieved from your end on 18.02.2019 around 11:14 am from the number [protected] to my mother’s number [protected]. On recieving the call a lady first confirmed my mother’s name and relationship of some ajit singh arora as the nephew of my mother. On denying that ajit singh is not my nephew, your office lady started abusing my mother regarding her age and memory that she doesn’t recognize ajit singh. The matter (As understood from the lady) was regarding an unpaid loan by ajit singh. She was asking my mother to pay the remaining amount. But the way she spoke in a rude manner to my mother who has no connections to ajit singh is completely unacceptable and will not be tolerated. We are in no relation with ajit singh. I just wish to know the name of the lady, from where did she recieve the number, what details does she have that my mother was a guarantor to ajit singh or else i will escalate this to the highest authority possible and even an fir for mental harassment. My mother is in complete shock and has been taking pills after this incident. Awaiting a reply from your end in next 24 hours failing which i would escalate this to other sources. Verified Support Feb 24, 2019 Kissht Customer Care's response Dear Mr.Kaur, We tried reaching out to you regarding this concern today afternoon at 2:00 pm but your mobile number was not reachable. Thank you for raising this concern to us and we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. The reason for you receiving a call is that a particular loan customer must have given your mother's number [protected] by mistake as reference person's contact while taking the loan. As you claim to be not related to the customer named Mr.Ajit Singh, we provide our sincere apologies for calling your number. Meanwhile, it is not possible for us to trace the loan account by name of customer (as there are many customers with name as Mr.Ajit Singh in our database). Once we get the loan details OR registered mobile number of the customer, we will instruct our team to not call you for that respective loan. Being said that we request you to kindly take the loan details (loan id OR contact number of customer) from the calling executive if you again receive a call from the executive and then just pass on those details immediately to us on email to [protected]@kissht.com / [protected]@kissht.com. As soon as we receive the customer's details, we will immediately stop all calls being made to your number for the said loan account. Thank you for your cooperation and patience.
