[Resolved] Kissht — nach misusing

As i have take a consumer loan from kissht for rs31500/- for laptop purchasing. Due to some issue 2 payment get delayed nd they charged late penality charge. After completion of all emi i asked him to closed the account and share the noc. But they doing monthly emi request to bank for autodebit as nach hence my all emi has been paid and continued rasing penality charge. Instead of loan account closer. Please help me in this.

As per our system record, you had bounced your EMI made the late payment had not paid the dues charges this is the reason your loan has not closed yet and we will not be able to share the NOC letter with you.

We suggest you to kindly make the payment of dues charges so that we can close your loan.
