Kissht — Not ready to respond for the refund and also activated ECS even after order cancellation

I have order an ornament from a reputed online gold shopping and applied EMI through Kissht they have processed very fast documentation and after i cancelled the order i am following up with kissht from very long time but nobody are ready to respond the customer care number is always not connecting the horrible thing is they have activated the EMI process through bank. such a disturbing experience through kissht

Dear Toral, please note in case of cancellation of an order or rejected applications, the down payment amount gets credited in customer's account in 7 to 10 working days.
