Kissht — payment issue | |||
Hi this is Jeevan, I just borrowed Rs.5913 from the Mobile app Kissht. And I missed to pay on time due to some personal issues. And I paid total amount that including overdue charges Rs.6526.60 on 24.03.2020. I've also received the debited messages from the bank and Kissht as well. But im still receiving lot of calls and messages from their side. Also no response from the customer care. When im calling they said to me that we forwarded to the concern department and you will be receiving a call within an hour. But they don't. Kissht has to responsible if it is affected in my credit score. Was this information helpful? | |||
