[Resolved] Kissht — refund

I applied for loan on 3/08/19 and paid down payment for the product rs.2978. And i submitted all my documents for the verification but i was rejected and now after 4 days i still not get my refund and the customer service is not replying, so worst service of kissht. I want my refund back, otherwise i file a case against kissht for making fraud commitment.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. We have canceled your loan application and have initiated your refund via NEFT mode on[protected].

Your refund will get credit to your account within 24 working hours i.e. on[protected].

Please note that the working days do not include Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays.

paid 5000 downpayment
but downpayment amount, not minus from 33000
