[Resolved] Kissht — regarding loan repayment

Hi, This is regarding my loan repayment.I am regular customer of this finance company and always taking the small loans for my personal needs. This time also I took tbe loan but unable to repay on time. I informed them also via call and WhatsApp that due to some family emergency I m unable to pay u now but I will assure you that I will pay by 30th of this month.But their customer care representatives don't know how to talk, day and night they are calling to me and my relatives and harassing them and they message me also that if I don't pay the they will inform this to police. I did not understand what they are trying to do. I am very much disappointed with their behaviour. I only have to pay 4500 something.
