[Resolved] Kissht — regarding refund my payment

I ordered sunglasses by kissht application on flipkart in emi basis. Given my full details on step by step.in the last option of payment i will fill up my card details and payment was deducted to my account then, the message i have received that your loan status has not approved by kissht as your credit basis.
I requested to you please refund my money as soon as possible.

Some loan applications get rejected if the customer is not eligible for the loan and If your loan gets rejected then we allow you to choose NEFT option for a refund so that you get the same in just 2-3 working days.
