Dear team, Why your guys are not providing the moratorium as per RBI statment. I am sending you a lot of emails to you but no response. Before for the previous the loan repayment, your people called 100 times per day. Now whats happening? Is this the professional way to handling your customers? Mob. I can pay only after the lock down as per government statment. Dont call and don't give more stress.
