My father is getting call on harassment and we did not took any loan from your company.

I am getting call from[protected].
I should not get any call from your company or else i will longe a complain against your company.

Ms pragaty called my father and she was scrolling him.

Call me [protected]

I want to talk to pragity, she dnt know how to talk to someone.

At the time of giving loan u people did not cross check that, for ref correct number had been provided or not.

Y u are calling us.

We tried reaching out to you regarding this concern today but your mobile number was not reachable. Thank you for raising this concern to us and we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

The reason for you receiving a call is that a particular loan customer must have given your Father's number by mistake as reference person's contact while taking the loan.

As you claim to be not related to the customer we provide our sincere apologies for calling your father's number.

Meanwhile, it is not possible for us to trace the loan account without any details. Once we get the loan details OR registered mobile number of the customer, we will instruct our team to not call you for that respective loan. Being said that we request you to kindly take the loan details (loan id OR contact number of the customer) from the calling executive if you again receive a call from the executive and then just pass on those details immediately to us on email to [protected]@kissht.com / [protected]@kissht.com. As soon as we receive the customer's details, we will immediately stop all calls being made to your number for the said loan account.
