Kohinoor Televideo — duplicate bill

I want a duplicate bill for my lg waching machine. I called on customer care also and went to kandivali west outlet from where i purchased the machine. Its been more than 1week and i m not getting duplicate bill nor anybody is helping me. I complaint in mail also at [protected]@kohinoortv.com.
