Kohinoor Televideo — Free for first year air conditioner servicing not done | |||
I have purchased Hitachi AC W1.0T RAW312KUDI-3 on 05/05/2016 vide invoice no. THN/300878 from Kohinoor Televideo - Thane, Naupada showroom. I have received free AC servicing on 07/08/2016. Accordingly, the next servicing was due in the first week of November 2016, but it is not done yet. The engineer who had visited last time had informed that they will send someone for service exactly after three months. I tried your contact numbers that are provided on your bill. But those are either ringing or not in service. I also called on the toll free number of Hitachi but the same gets disconnected after selecting option on the IVRS. I am unable to get in touch with anyone to communicate about the problem. Kindly send the service man asap for servicing the AC. Was this information helpful? | |||
