The subject matter relates to invoice no. Ktplcin[protected], sales order no. Ktplord[protected] dated 9th may, 2018. The order for panasonic washing machine was placed at the stall set up by kohinoor televideo pvt ltd at bkc. By making payment of rs 20900/- on 29/04/2018. The agency took two weeks to deliver washing machine without invoice, warranty card and instructions manual. Several complaints since then yielded no result even after personally meeting one mr. Imran and other senior executive. As the agency took two weeks to deliver the washing machine we have reason to suspect that after the exhibition wound up, the washing machine on display at the exhibition centre was delivered instead of one packed and sealed in a carton which contains warranty card and instruction manual as well.
