Top urgent handling
My mom was admitted in ICU and later moved to normal ward room 14011 and today discharge time ( 24 july 11.30pm).we faced FRAUDULENT bill ( wrong charges added 42, 000aed ) and BILING department non co operative attitude wil now lead me to go to Consumer court for my rights since it's harassment just to loot common man extra 42, 000 rupee was added in total
Patient name RUKHSANA SHAIKH. Discharged today 24 July at 11.30.pm... till 9pm we got 1 bill which we paid and 10.30pm BILING department added fraud extra 42, 000 rupee.
I request Senior member to contact me to resolve before I move court in next 24 hours. We lived in Dubai 14 years never faced such type.of frauds and we being Indian don't expect this from Amabani hospital.
