Kokilaben Hospital — misconduct by dr puja dewan-gynae consultant

I was pretty satisfied with kokilaben-andheri west until now. On saturday, 7/4/18, i went for a consultation with dr puja dewan. To my utter disbelief, she not only misbehaved with me in front of her team of nurses and other patients present there, but made me wait for nearly two hours. I can understand that she had a surgery and so she was late. Now, it's a mere coincidence that her child and mine went to the same school. We have been on touch with each other via whatsapp. Since she remains busy, so i thought it is better to exchange messages thus not disturbing her at work. And it is quite obvious that she will respond when she is free. On saturday, it so happened that i wanted to confirm with her if she is going to see me as she was busy in a surgery. I am aware that she will only be able to respond to it later. However, the moment she walked out of the ot (Operation theatre), she misbehaved with me in front of her team. I am not her student.
I was simply shocked at her arrogant attitude. She was upset that i messaged her and i always do that. Well, she could have told me that separately. Who has given her the right to insult me in public!!

I belong to a well known family of kolkata. My father is a retd. Civil servant (Sr ips officer), mother, a lawyer, elder sister, a senior journalist of a leading daily in delhi and myself, an mba from delhi, worked in the editorial capacity of various publishing firms of repute.

Is this what you call professionalism? Medicine is a noble profession. I sincerely hope that the medical practioners keep it noble too. Let them not spoil the name of such a reputed organisation. All i want is a letter of apology from ms puja dewan for her unacceptable rude behaviour.
