Kokilaben Hospital — refund pending for long

I am still awaiting the refund for the operation conducted more than 4 months back and have not got any update on this. I have been calling the customer helpline every week for this and have repeatedly been told that there is no revert back by the refund department on the query raised. As per policy we should be getting a refund processed within 2 months. It was supposed to be directly credited to my account after i filled the form during discharge.
Please remediate at the earliest.
