After taking appointment in sonography department there is no use, as we need to wait for hours and no timelines are also shared.Each person in reception counter tell new story which is very irritating. Complete revamp and procedure needs to setup. We visit Kokilaben frequently since 2007, have never faced same issue other then this department. If doctors have emergency then there should be an alternative available as generally after sonography patients take appointment for doctors on the same day, which cannot be planned.Highly misguided department.Disappointment.
