Updated by Khanraaj We are the local peace loving and law abiding peoples of the Bhukailash, Kidderpore area do hereby seek your kind attention in respect of the illegal and unauthorized construction without any proper building sanction plan at the premises No. B- 2/H/14/1(Assessed No.[protected] and B-2/H/8(Assesses No.[protected], Bhukailash Road, P.S. Ekbalpore, Kolkata-700023, Ward No. 77.
The said illegal and authorized construction shall cause extreme deterioration of law and order in the locality and shall cause various accidents. The said illegal and unauthorized construction has been proceeding without following the building rules and regulation and other safety norms. No proper foundation and no technical guidance of K.M.C. engineers are been followed for construction of the building. The said construction is very dangerous and at any moment any serious accident may occur causing loss of lives and property.
The said premises is a THIKA property recorded in the name of SK. Kurban Ali and Nazoo Bewa who have died long years ago and have no any legal heirs of them.
