Sir/Madam A building is being constructed on the roof of a Delapitated building on a congested thin bylane at 33A Shariff lane kolkata 16. Overruling the local protest they are doing the work day& night to avoid legal action. They are obstructing the ventilation & light of neighboring buildings & endangering the life of surrounding bustee.
