Kolkata Municipal Corporation — Property Tax payment debited from account but not reflected in KMC web site

Hi,
This is to inform you that i have done an online transaction of Rs. 3106 for KMC property tax payment of Assesee No.[protected] on 1st july 2021. Amount is debited from my account and a transaction fail message has been displayed. After that i have checked KMC website for update, but there is still showing Tax unpaid message.Kindly solve my issue.
