This is to inform you that illegal loudspeakers are continuously creating unnecessary noise Pollution near Anupama housing complex phase-2, Koyla vihar and kendriya vihar. The miscreants are blasting loud music everyday from 8 am till late at night at volumes not allowed in residential areas. There is a building under construction and the miscreants are construction workers who blast this loud music. It is causing distress and an inability to work for many people who are working from home. We cannot even converse at normal volume at home due to the loud music.
