Kolkata RPO — Non-receipt of my NORI (No Objection to return to India) application

I have sent my NORI application from USA on May 13, 2023, with USPS tracking number EH[protected]US that shows my documents are returned by your office twice on May 22 and May 25, 2023. The similar documents I have sent to Home and Hills Affairs department (Nabanna, WB govt) and was received without any issue. In MHRD online portal it is clearly mentioned that my documents need to be sent in these two offices (of my home state) to obtain the no objection. My documents contain several confidential and important information, so I am very worried about it. I am attaching my tracking details and my postage slip for your verifications.
