Kolkata Traffic Police — complaint letter against illegal parking

Dear sir,

I'm amitava roy s/o lt. Bhabatosh roy, my family lives in 19c, bosepukur road, kolkata – 700042.
Behind kasba pollice station
My neighbors and there guest are continuously and holl night (Wb 42z 0505) parking their vehicles in-front of my garage and house main-gate, we have been informing them but it didn't do any thing and they are started abusing an encouraging there guest to park the vehicles voluntarily which is a clear mental harassment whenever we are asking the guest to remove the vehicle they are abusing and shouting at us which leading to a fight.

Particular one black colour chevrolet car (Vehicle no. - wb06l9905) last two years intentionally parking her car infront of my gate. Due to this can't even park my own car in my own house and when i talk to lady she is saying she will park there and i can do whatever i want. She challenge me you call pollice she will handle him. She was rude and disorderly behaviour and therd me she will parking her car daily.
