Has it happened to you that you have not violated a traffic rule, and still are getting citing Challans / Fines????? Literally so, my car is sitting in the garage, for the day, still car is fined for the same day !!! I do not know how is this possible ??? Salute to the Kolkata traffic Police. I am also amazed. Kolkata police has sent me a fine of 500 rs for no parking offence at location where my vehicle never went in six months. Further the vehicle was parked at my location since 7 days when I received the challan citing my vehicle at no parking zone. Kolkata police is a shame.
