Hello Team,
I am a co-owner and resident of 38 New Santoshpur Main Road and currently residing with my elderly & sick parents and my twin kid daughters in this house. Considering the age of my family members, I need to step out of the house for frequent doctor visits as well as also drive my parents/kids for regular check-ups. However we are facing regular issue with car No WB06 X 4721 which is deliberately parked in front of my house blocking my gate and garage.
Moreover my house being on a busy road with lot of vehicular movement, this type of illegal parking causes traffic jams and chaos on road.
When I requested the owner cum driver to not park his vehicle in front of my house, he instead of apologising, started abusing & threatening me with dire consequences. I am an educated working woman hence instead of going into a verbal spat, I thought of taking it legally through this channel and complaint.
As I understand, under section 339 of Indian Penal Code, I have right to protest for wrongful restrainment in front of my property as well as government road. I am attaching a pic of the car as it is parked blocking my gate and garage. Also you can clearly see the number plate as a proof of my complaint.
Request you to take prompt action against this violation of law.
