Kolkata Traffic Police — Incorrect fine imposed by kolkata traffic police

I was incorrectly imposed a traffic fine which is due to i helped law to catch the culprits.

Yesterday i.e. 3rd January 22 around 6.50pm, I was driving my car from MG road towards tirpal patty / brabourne road where I observed that entire lane was jammed due to a taxi who was moving slowly since he was looking for passengers or negotiating with passenger. All the entire lane the taxi goes on negotiating with passenger. At the end of lane when I found a team of seargent, i tried catching the taxi driver by blocking him so that I can raise complaint against him.

Instead of helping me the officer charged me with a fine showing cause that I made the road jammed by blocking him and showing rang bazzi (word used by officer) on him. I can give u assurance if you can check the main road camera that none of the car can be blocked other that that taxi which make the road jammed and neither i make any arrogance behaviour with taxi driver which make him used word "Rang baazi".

I was just helping the law catching the culprits who are responsible for severe jam but giving a fake case to a person who himself approached to police to take action is completely injustice. Further i also seen that officer also given case to that taxi driver which let me believe that he was only fulfilling its target by giving case to everyone.
