Kolkata Traffic Police — Wrong case filed against a parked vehicle at Residence

Dear Sir
This is to inform that undersigned received a message at 5.30 pm 12.08.2022 as following
""Your vehicle WB02AM3917 has been prosecuted for NO PARKING amounting Rs.500, at UTTAR 55 GRAM/, at 17:16 hrs vide case no- MXPC16761722 dated 12-AUG-22. Please pay your fine within 7 days. Non payment of fine would result in legal action against you. For online payment please visit https://kolkatatrafficpolice.net. For any query, contact caseenquiry.[protected]@kolkatatrafficpolice.gov.in - TEAM KTP ""

In this regard it may be noted that my vehicle was parked in my official quarter in Golf Club Road -700033 since a week and it is surprising that a challan has been generated for my vehicle parked at no parking location.
The location mentioned is nowhere related to my vehicle movement as the vehicle was at my residence since a week. This is very unethical to prosecute somebody for traffic violation when the vehicle itself is parked somewhere.
Official complaint has been written to

[protected]@kolkatatrafficpolice.gov.in
But as usual till now no response has been received by me hitherto.
