Kolkataonlineflorists.com — Poor quality unbaked cake

Last Saturday I ordered a cake for my father's birthday from Bangalore.They delivered the cake by 5.30 pm Tuesday .After some time I got a call from my home that the cake they have delivered is not at all baked properly and smelling like artificial gum and kerosine.My order number is Order No. HKOF[protected] .
They are cheating the customers who stays far away and ordered online.I call their customer service multiple times and I don't know what telephone connections they use or they stay in a remote area where there is no network, since every time they disconnect the phone saying unable to hear.Wow! what a wonderful customer service.

I will never order from this website any more and make sure that my friends and relatives also don't order from here.
