Hi, My name is Avishek Saha. I placed an online order at kolkataonlineflorists.com on 13.02.08 to deliver a bouqiet, cake, ballons to a specified address on 14th february. For this they charged Rs. 1665 and I paid it by my credit card. Stil today the ordered flower and cake is not reached to the specified address,but the amount is being debited form my credit card account. I got the customer care number from its wensite ( www.kokataonlineflorists.com), i.e. [protected], whenever i tried to contactwith this number, the mobile is swicth off. Even I cannot able to lunch a complian from thier website with my user id and password. but i can see the status of the order with the same user id and password. I was very worried after I saw your complaint so I cross-checked and they have indeed delivered my order which was due today. I suggest you call their shop Right Florists directly 24655860 or their delivery centre[protected]found these numbers from telephone directories online and voila they responded). I just called them to check on my order. Hope this helps.
I fully agree what has been written, I also placed an order with kolkataonlineflorists.com in May 2009 and it was not delivered but the money has been debited from my credit card.
