Hi Team, our self (Aravindharaj & Karthi) visited the Kolors – Coimbatore branch for hair fall issue. After consulting, Kolors doctor advised us to take PRP treatment for 10 sessions. We paid the full amount of Rs. 80, 000/- in advance for both treatments, dated 09/22/2021. During PRP first session treatment, During the second PRP session 02/10/2021 in Kolars, while PRP treatment itself Aravindharaj got fits problem in Kolors center and vomiting problem continued for next three days. During first PRP session itself Karthi felt unconscious and took 30 mins rest and continued the session (23/09/2021). Karthi did not feel well for the next two days (Vomiting and body full tiredness issue). and based on Kolars Doctor recommendation Aravindharaj consulted with External clinic Doctor and took the CT scan as well. Doctor advised us to discontinue the PRP treatment due to our body is not accepting the PRP treatment. so, we concluded to not proceed this treatment further and same conveyed to the Kolors- Coimbatore branch by written statement to branch manager Karthik (11/10/2021). We feel un welcomed during communications with Kolors managers regarding refund, Post providing the written statement, no further update on refund till now. Requesting to kindly help us with a refund of our amount. Also branch manager Karthik gave a false statement to us that the credit card swiped amount will be at as no cost EMI, but in the credit card bill statement we have to pay Rs. 9000 as interest to the bank, please check this also to cancel the interest amount. Requesting your help on process the refund to us.
Note: We haven’t got any trial session before paying the full amount. Fits issue in treatment itself not acceptable to continue the treatment.
