I was visited BTM layout, when I called customer care they told me to pay only 500 for consultation with demo, In clinic they told 50k for 15kg, they r just forcing the customer, but the staff didn't allow me to speak with my parents, she is so rude, I don't get any privacy to discuss with parents, she told me to pay advance amount becoz offer is going to end like that she informed me, I paid, then she gave me wrong bill, she didn't mention correct amount, and I don't get demo also, I want my money back, I have bill, or otherwise I will raise a complaint against her.
