I was visited BTM layout, when I called customer care they told me to pay only 500 for consultation with demo, In clinic they told 50k for 15kg, they r just forcing the customer, but the staff didn't allow me to speak with my parents, she is so rude, I don't get any privacy to discuss with parents, she told me to pay advance amount becoz offer is going to end like that she informed me, I paid, then she gave me wrong bill, she didn't mention correct amount, and I don't get demo also, I want my money back, I have bill, or otherwise I will raise a complaint against her.

    I have went to kolors, Coimbatore lakshmi mills branch for weight loss program.They said total package is 56k for 8 months and asked me to pay 11, 600 on the spot...I paid 4k..they got my PAN and AADHAR details and didn't inform me that monthly EMI payment will be deducted from my account..
    Now I want my refund..I don't want to proceed..I have the bill.. DIDN'T TAKE EVEN A SINGLE SESSION OF TREATMENT..NOT EVEN TRIAL..

        I said i will pay money after asking my parents but and insisted me to pay at least advance because there is good offer of 60% which you get now and they manipulated and made me pay 10, 000/- through phonepay. After coming home my parents told this is not correct time for me. I did not take even a single section and they didn't give my money back even i am asking them regularly but no response

In consultation they did not even check my skin type but took 500/- fee I thought they will check later. next another person came and told the details.             Am from kakinada branch.., am not satisfied with their service..they want money onlyy..., they don't need customer satisfaction...I'll u refund my money of 40 k immediately.., and in kakinada the person sanjeev was worst employee.., even he don't know how to talk with customers..

              I joined kolors for inch loos, initially somebody from kolors contacted me they told me as 5000 for 5k loos same I visited kolors sadashinagar branch consultant miss shruti advised as package 25k for 25 sessions and 10kg white loos and inch loos same I paid 25k on same day, shruthi committed as no side effects and only with massage method but after 2nd session they stated use electric heating so I got side effects like back pain ect I want...

              I'm from Madurai branch. I've joined in august.im not satisfied with the treatment mentioned in my chart.the skin around my stomach is too lose, when joining kolors they told me when the skin gets loose we will put you pack for tight'ing the skin but till now there's no sign of any pack and I asked the staff priyamani about this pack she's asking me to pay thousand rupees for one sitting which will continue to ten sitting, total ten thousand pay in advance then only we will give you the pack, but they promised me for pack and G5 when I joined kolors within my package at no extra cost, what do I need to do

                      I went for face peeling treatment.
                      It's totally waste ... I didn't get any peeling even for one time ...and tried for cancellation they are responding properly from Coimbatore Lakshmi mills branch ..

                      In between one representative called me and ask to get product he said that is the advisable product from branch and also he said that amount will be get refunded...
                      But he didn't pick my single call after that .

                        I took weightloss package as emi option from kolors on april 2021, 1st session was quite normal after 2 to 3 sessions i had health issues and i have told the same to the therapist tbey told will change the diet plans and therapy methods but they did not do. And after tat we had lots of financial problem due to covid and till now im facing the health isuues im asking them to cancle the package but they are not doing it and they told that will go through leagally... Such a scam they are doing i just want my all paided money back...

                          I paid 65000 and took Cryo treatment. I was told that I will loose 10 kgs and 4inch loss. I have zero result. I didn't loose even a kg. The staff is very rude and are always busy in phone. The bedsheets are dirty. They won't provide gown. They msg with oil so smoothly that it won't give any result.
                          I need justification for the money I paid. Can ur treatment be better.

                              This is Kumar [protected] I Approached Kolors Health Care For Acne scars Treatment on 16th April 2021, And made the complete Payment 74227/-, Intially They Confirmed Me This whole Treatment Will Take 3 Months, There is no Side effects Also, They started Treatment But Still The 30% course Was Not Completed, There is No 1% Results on my face, They recommend Face wash & Creams & Gel also for Better Quality - For this I spent additionally 6k - Products Completed - But There is No Result - So I Need My Money Refund Back ASAP - If You Are Not Issued My Refund will Raise a complaint on consumer court

                                HI This is Kumar I Joined In Kolors on 16th April 2021 - The same day I made the payment of 74227 For Treatment +Additionally 6000 for Products - Intially They told this whole process will complete with in 3 months and there is no Side effects of the process - They started the process on the same day - As on Today only 30% Course is completed, and the products what they are suggested is completed here, They said this products will sufficient for whole treatment - But in real time this is not working, every time I spend 1000 additionally for this product - But There is No 1%Results On My Face, Now am clear with this process There No Results - So I Need My Money Refund Back

                                  After I have joined in kolors, 18-03-20 For skin treatment only one sessions were attended by me. After somedays I got some health issues and lockdown, But iam asking to Refund my money in many Times because financially my position not good, but they don't understand, they only money mind people's, it's fraud, once a paid Money, They don't take care, please refund my money what should I do ?
