Kolors — Health issues refund amount

I am shaik nazeer started treatment in attapur kolors branch in middle febuary 2020.paid Rs 60000 for 40 kgs. Due lockdown we are not able to go for treatment. Recently i was diagnosed umblical hernia and Gall stone 6MM.should go for surgery.not in position to Contuine Tratment.contact and request Mr santosh reddy operations manager about refund. Till now we did not Satisfactory answer from attapur branch and Santosh reddy operations manager. Please do Something As soon as Possible.
