Kolors — I paid 10,000 did not get back

I went to kolors to know the cost and details of laser treatment. In consultation they did not even check my skin type but took 500/- fee I thought they will check later. next another person came and told the details. I said i will pay money after asking my parents but and insisted me to pay at least advance because there is good offer of 60% which you get now and they manipulated and made me pay 10, 000/- through phonepay. After coming home my parents told this is not correct time for me. I did not take even a single section and they didn't give my money back even i am asking them regularly but no response
